The face behind Maybeck Design, Danielle May Harbeck is a demonstrated leader and celebrated interior designer with an international reputation in the design industry. Australian born & raised Danielle May Harbeck has traveled the world designing & expanding her craft.
Danielle’s background in Architecture organically expanded into an interior focus & passion. She prides herself in bringing a tremendous level of integrity to every single endeavor she takes on.
Her ability to envision the ‘whole’ of a design concept, & then qualify & follow through with the ‘parts’ that would create that vision, is a unique process. She has an innate desire to create & design interiors that exceed her clients’ expectations.
With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, & a client-centered approach to business, Danielle is an innovative designer, enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through & total completion to each aspect of her designs. Now based in Dallas, TX.

Valerie is a Senior Interior Designer with experience in Multifamily, Hospitality, and Residential design. Her design philosophy is centered around the idea that a space should be a reflection of the people who inhabit it. She is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service and takes pride in her ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Throughout her 10-year career in design, what she enjoys most is seeing a project go from concept to completion.

Studio Lead Designer
With a background in commercial Interior Design, Abbi is a creative who specializes in crafting functional and inspiring spaces for corporate offices and multifamily developments. She brings a deep appreciation for intentional, thoughtful design, favoring warm, refined aesthetics that evoke comfort and simplicity without sacrificing sophistication.
Since joining Maybeck, Abbi has advanced into the role of Studio Lead Designer, reflecting her strong design leadership, organizational clarity, and ability to guide complex projects with confidence and precision. Her growth within the studio is a testament to her work ethic, collaborative approach, and consistent delivery of high-quality design outcomes.
Abbi is known for her meticulous eye for detail and precision in technical drafting, always balancing beauty with purpose. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a grounded design sensibility, allowing her to lead projects from concept through execution while keeping client goals, budgets, and timelines at the forefront.

Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager
With a diverse background in commercial, healthcare, industrial, higher-ed, and multi-family Interior Design, Erin is well-versed in leading interiors for projects, large and small.
She values thoughtful, and aesthetically beautiful design while staying within budget for every project.
She is new with Maybeck and is looking forward to push designs forward in functional and meaningful ways. As a Registered Interior Designer and LEED Green Associate along with project experience, she has a strong understanding of building codes, best practices and sustainable design.
Erin is immensely creative and enjoys to live across the scale from interior architectural scope to FF&E from start to finish. She values hearing a client’s vision and goals to deliver a functional and organized floor plan and pays special attention to the importance of clean technical documentation down to the last details. Client satisfaction is first and foremost and Erin will work diligently to implement decisions made while creating memorable and durable interior spaces that the owners and end users will love.

Suju Kim is an interior architectural designer with over a decade of experience specializing in hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential design.
Based in Dallas, her work emphasizes refined spatial storytelling, material depth, and contextual sensitivity. Educated in London, Suju brings a global perspective shaped by professional experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, including key years practicing in Shanghai.
She has led luxury hotels, award-winning restaurants, and bespoke residences from concept through construction.

Senior Interior Designer
James Fahye is an interior designer working at the intersection of hospitality, architecture, and storytelling. His experience spans established global design studios and boutique practices, where he has worked on luxury hotels, public spaces, and immersive environments.
With a background that bridges interiors and architecture, he brings both spatial discipline and atmospheric sensitivity to his work. His graduating thesis explored the design of a digital detox resort, examining how architecture and interiors can foster presence, ritual, and meaningful disconnection from technology.
Educated at the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Interior Design and minors in Architecture and Electronic Design. James approaches each project as a layered narrative.

Senior Project Architect
Our in-house Senior Project Architect offers the complete range of services, giving each project boundaries, balance, and beauty. Our architect energizes each project with the brilliance of a single, coherent concept by ebbing from the exterior to the interior and back sharing design philosophy throughout. With fifteen years of experience in healthcare, multi-family housing, residential construction, commercial development, and hospitality both abroad and domestically, they drive cost to value and design each project to fit the entire development's vision. Using an efficient project outline, coordination with both new and existing structures and systems, and high-level and in-depth reviews at project checkpoints, they offer a keen focus on carrying out project designs and documentation strategically to fit budget and time.

Chloe is a passionate creative professional deeply immersed in the world of media, communications, and interior design. My academic journey, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and a Master's Degree in Media & Communications, laid the foundation for my career. Shortly after my studies, I ventured into the world of interior design, blending my academic background with my love for creativity and aesthetics. I've always seen myself as a lifelong learner, constantly seeking to understand more about the world around us and how we connect within it. My fascination isn't just with what's new in the world of design and visual communication but also with how we got here — the history behind the mediums, the evolution of art movements, and the stories that have been told over the years. It's this blend of past and present that informs my approach and keeps my work fresh and relevant.

Steve Wallish is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience leading employee-focused initiatives and driving organizational transformation at AT&T. Throughout his career at AT&T, Steve has held multiple leadership positions in HR operations, policy, and strategy, including serving as an HR Business Partner for a diverse range of business units such as HR, legal, marketing, technology, and network operations. His strategic guidance and collaborative approach have empowered teams and leaders to achieve operational excellence and foster inclusive workplace cultures.
In his final role with AT&T as Head of People Analytics, Steve was responsible for HR data architecture, data engineering, strategic reporting and data science leveraging data-driven insights to inform talent strategies and enhance strategic workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. He is recognized for his adaptability, clear communication, and commitment to supporting both employees and organizational goals. Steve’s expertise in managing complex projects and cultivating productive relationships has made him a trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders across the enterprise.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, which contributes to his well-rounded perspective and drive for excellence. Steve is always eager to connect with others, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of any organization or community he is a part of.
